Trying to Get Myself Back

So, to borrow from baseball, life is going to throw you curve balls.  

I would think that at this point in my life I'd be a much better batter.

Without going into much detail I'll just say that one of the pitfalls of the freelance lifestyle is that gigs come and gigs go.  Gigs going has been a frustrating motif.

Personal disappointments abound as well.

But, I will not dwell on the negative...much.  I won't trivialize my situation.  These have been extremely difficult times for me, and I'm still struggling with my emotions.

Nothing the support of true friends and a month working in Hawaii couldn't start to remedy:
